Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa is a sanskrit word meaning a ‘flowing sequence’.

Vinyasa yoga is based around sun salutations, offering an energetic class that synchronises breath with movement. It is a good workout and will leave you feeling rejuvenated, relaxed and inspired.

Hatha Flow

Same style as the Vinyasa class, only at a slower pace and with more explanation. This class is great for beginners to gain confidence and for all yogis to spend more time exploring each posture.

Yin Yoga

Long held, gentle poses to open the body and bring you a sense of peace and relaxation. It’s the opposite to the energy of yang, which fuels Vinyasa classes.

Yoga basics

This class offers a safe place for those new to yoga – focussing on the core aspects of the physical practice, the connection between breath and movement. The pace is slow and deliberate.

barre tone

A fun, ballet-inspired class that helps create long and lengthened muscles, whilst improving your posture. It’s a low impact workout.
